Guided self-inquiry for people who are done consuming advice and are ready to create their own answers.
You're not here because you need another guru. You're here because you know there's something inside you worth listening to.
Rawledge is the community space to help you become a curious student of yourself and build a stronger inner compass.
Through guided journaling, exploratory questions, and somatic prompts, you'll reconnect with what you already know but rarely hear: yourself.
A live 60-minute session designed to slow you down, sharpen your clarity, and rebuild your connection to yourself.
Each session is built around a monthly theme that challenges the stories you live by and invites you to write new ones you can stand on.
❌ It is not another journaling class.
❌ It is not group coaching.
It is a serious practice of self-inquiry, grounded in reflection, disruption, and real choice.
✅ You feel overstimulated and overloaded with advice, content, and expectations
✅ You often catch yourself "overthinking" but rarely feel clearer afterward
✅ You want a practice that sharpens your thinking without adding more noise
✅ You are ready to choose your own path without waiting for permission
01. Join a Live 60-Minute Session
Each session connects you to a new monthly theme through somatic grounding, guided prompts, and disruptive questions.
02. Notice, Question, Reflect
We’ll take your journaling deeper by connecting to your body. Traditional journaling often keeps us circling the same mental loops. Somatic journaling breaks the cycle by accessing emotions below the surface.
03. Build a Practice of Self-Trust
Over time, you sharpen your internal clarity and strengthen the muscle that matters most: your ability to hear and trust yourself.
Every month we'll explore different themes in a series of 3-4 online workshops (typically on Monday evenings). Each session I prepare different sets of prompts to help you explore the topic below.

This series invites you to examine the stories you’ve accepted as fact, about who you are, what you’re worth, and what is possible. Through guided journaling, you’ll begin to unravel what no longer feels true and reconnect with the part of you that is ready to stop performing and start leading.

You will leave with clearer insight, stronger self-trust, and a reminder that you do not need permission to move forward.
If you are ready to start thinking, feeling, and choosing differently, now is the time.
You finally understand why something has been bothering you
A decision that felt impossible now feels more manageable
You stop spiraling and start seeing things a little more clearly
An emotion that was stuck has somewhere to go
You feel more like yourself, not the version performing for everyone else
A quiet shift in how you speak to yourself, with a little more kindness
You reconnect with what actually matters to you, not just what looks good on paper
You leave with words for something you couldn’t quite name before.
Totally get it. If you’ve never done guided journaling, it can feel a bit unfamiliar.
But it’s really just a calm hour to reflect, write, and think things through. You’ll get a few good questions, your own space to explore, and the quiet support of others doing the same.
No pressure to share. No need to have it all figured out.
Add your name to the waitlist and try it out for free. I make it a priority to give a taste of what Rawledge is about about 2x/year.
